Brothers Poutine is located in the heart of Edinburgh and serves up gourmet poutine using hand cut fries, homemade gravy and authentic Canadian squeaky cheese curds.
Designing a logo for Brothers Poutine presented a unique challenge of blending Canadian culture with the Scottish setting. The logo needed to showcase the iconic poutine dish while resonating with the local Scottish customers.
Because this is a gourmet, handcrafted dish made of high quality, fresh ingredients, we wanted the logo to have a classic, timeless feel that conveyed quality.
The final logo symbolized the harmonious fusion of gourmet Canadian comfort food and Scottish charm, making it an instant hit among patrons.
I also created the menus and store signage for the location, as well as wayfinding banners and business cards.
